Is the housing the Black plastic part that the throttle linkage hooks to??

I can't find info on the Force 28 on ofna, just the 26 and it is difeferent.
The info I do find shows the Low Speed needle on the opposite side of mine

On my Revo it has a brass collare inside the blc palstic part that the throttle hooks to.

I saw the diagrams of the Ravager and looks very solid piece. Ive been surfin EBAY and planning on buying one this weekend. So, what is the difference? Got my Ravager last week, nice and clean ! But, im getting hard time to tune it...Wasn't able to run it once (OMG !!) The engine starts very well, but once I take off the glow plug starter, the engine dies...Also anybody can give me their setting please ?
